(1) Check whether each part of the machine is fixed; fill lubricating oil to the parts needing oil to reduce machine friction, so as to prolong the service life.

(2) After connecting the power supply (adjust the phase position of power supply according to the rotation direction indicated on the machine), pull the squeeze head back to contact the separation blade, press down the pothook, inch the descending button to make the molding box and squeeze head superpose for several times, in order to check whether it is smooth. 

(3) Make the molding box drop down to the wooden supporting plate; push the squeeze head back, begin to feed material until it is a little higher than the molding box, after starting the lower vibration for about 38s, scrape the redundant material to the level of molding box.

(4) Pull the squeeze head back to contact the separation blade, press down the pothook to make U-shape frame depart from the stroke switch to start automatic working. The molding is completed automatically (vibrate, demould and automatically stop) by time relay (adjust for 5-10s). Pull the green brick out by brick forking vehicle; after a period is finished, then the rest can be done in the same manner.
