1.After starting for the first time and removing failures of electric system, check the rotation direction of mixing arms before start your machine. The half dry concrete will stick on the mixing shaft and increase the mixing shaft diameter which will reduce the mixing efficiency and loose power. So, users should keep the mixing shaft clean.

2.Continuous concrete batching plant.We suggest our customer clean the machine after one working period or before the initial setting time of mixture concrete in any production interruption time. Adjust the mixing blade in time in order to ensure the clearance is 3.5mm. The new machine should be checked every day, after using one week, you can check it every week. After starting concrete mixing plant for everyday, make it run in empty for a period of time. Listen whether there is grating between mixing shaft and mixing drum.

When we taking regular maintenance work for mixing device of concrete batch and mixing plant, the working efficiency will be increased continuously and the failure rate will reduce.
