Concrete Pump ,some matters needing attention

Operators can not maintain and repair the concrete pump until operators tuck the cantilever crane, cantilever crane has reliable supporting, the engine is shut down and outrigger legs are fixed.Before maintaining concrete pump, shut down the machine and release the pressure in the energy accumulator.If operators open the hydraulic lock of cantilever crane before fixing the relevant cantilever crane, it will produce some dangers of hurting people which are caused by the dropping of cantilever crane.Do not maintain and repair the concrete pump until the concrete pump is placed on the flat ground well and operators make sure that there is no unexpected move.

When the pipeline of concrete pump is blocked, operators must release the pressure in the concrete delivery pipeline by anti-pumping and then they can disassembly disassemble the concrete delivery pipeline.In the operation process of HBT80 trailer concrete pump, do not open the hopper mesh, cover plate of water tank and other safety protection facilities. It is prohibited to put your hands into the hopper and the water tank.When pumping concrete, operators must make sure that the concrete in the hopper is on the pedal shaft in order to avoid the concrete jetting which is caused by inhaling gases.
